After two long weeks of training camp, the Lions are ready to test what they have against another team in a game setting.
Well, sort of.
Friday night represents the preseason opener for the Lions as they take on the Raiders out in Oakland. It's an exhibition, so starters will only play a part of it and the schemes will remain very vanilla, but it will be the first look at Matt Patricia's new team in a game-like setting. It'll take place after two days of live practices between the Lions and Raiders out in Napa, Calif.
