They’ve come one after enough the past 18 months, a flurry of rights that would knock almost anyone to the ground.

There was the fractured transverse process in his back that made it tough to do much of anything for a month. His wife’s brain surgery, which thankfully went well and helped bring perspective to his life. More broken bones in his back, this time in an area that caused the Detroit Lions to shut him down for half a season.
