Having 'late hands' helps Lions WR Marvin Jones excel as deep threat

ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- Marvin Jones gets off the line and starts running down the field. It's overall a pretty awkward movement. His legs move normally. His arms, though. They'll flail a bit. They sometimes will stay close to straight down when he runs, pumping back and forth pretty fast. And his hands -- those hands -- they are spread wide when he gets moving on a route, always open and ready to go.

Jones prefers to describe his running style as "unorthodox," but the brother of a former Pac-12 champion sprinter embraces his running form.
