In television, it’s hard to find a consensus among fans and critics alike. Even the most well-respected series have their detractors and skeptics.
This season of HBO’s “Game of Thrones” is no exception. In Season 8, the final of its eight-year run, many fans have expressed their displeasure for the direction of the final few episodes. Given that this season of the television show is the first not directly based on George R.R. Martin’s book series of the same name, it’s not surprising that there is some disagreement even among the most faithful fans.
However, during Sunday night’s episode—the penultimate episode of the season—everyone was in agreement: Game of Thrones now infinitely sucks.
