Detroit Lions Pro Bowl center Frank Ragnow has been a regular in the team’s weekly injury report, yet he has regularly been able to play on game days. Despite dealing with four separate injuries throughout the year, he has only missed two games, and his ability to recover has been astonishing.

In 2021, Ragnow suffered a toe injury that was significant enough to cost him his season and came with a prognosis that it would linger throughout his career. Over the last two seasons, Ragnow has worked to manage his pain, and with the help of the Lions' medical team, there is a plan put in place to keep him available to play.
