Over the last few days at Detroit Lions training camp and in their preseason opener against the Los Angeles Chargers, the team has seen some great things out of rookie wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa. The showing from the former Arkansas standout has been encouraging, unlike a former Lions draft pick.
Back in 2020, Detroit drafted Quintez Cephus out of Wisconsin in the fifth round. Cephus had fallen due to some legitimate concerns, but had a ton of talent and some predicted he'd pan out much better than his draft billing. Now, though, his career has taken quite the turn.
