The Detroit Lions head into their bye week 2-3, and head coach Matt Patricia said he’ll spend the next few days working to fix some of the things that have ailed his team so far this season and planning ahead for next week’s game against the Miami Dolphins.

“I think for us, it’s a good opportunity for us to get healthy or kind of pull off a little bit from that aspect of it,” Patricia said.
