Despite how poorly the Lions’ offense played for most of Monday night’s game in Seattle, it still had a chance to punch it into the end zone for the go-ahead touchdown with less than two minutes to play in a three-point contest.
Trailing 13-10 with 1:51 left on the clock and facing a 3rd and 1 at the Seattle 11-yard line, the Lions were in the right call to give their best player a chance to make a big play.
The final offensive play for the Lions is the subject of this week’s Dunham's film review:
The Lions game out in a shotgun three receiver set with both Zach Zenner and Theo Riddick in the backfield to either side of quarterback Matthew Stafford.
