This year’s playlist looks mighty impatient.
There’s some years where we get to have a little fun right until the end, others where the mood keeps whiplashing back and forth. Not so for 2019. The lot’s been cast for some time, and it’s all coming in various iterations of the same thing. “Is this almost done with?” the playlist says. “When is the offseason, can we get to some better things?”
