Detroit Lions special teams coordinator Dave Fipp was complimentary of both his young kickers at the end of the regular season, but stopped short of saying the Lions were set at the position for 2022.
"This league, kind of like I said I think a year ago when I got here, it’s a competitive business," Fipp said last month. "And at the end of the day for us, we’re trying to find the best players we can get and whether those are guys in the building or somebody else out there who’s better on the streets, we’re always looking for that and competition makes everybody better.
