Detroit Lions place DT Da'Shawn Hand on injured reserve, sign WR Travis Fulgham

The injury bug bit in late July and never really let go all season, so on Thursday the Detroit Lions placed defensive tackle Da'Shawn Hand on season-ending injured reserve.

Hand, one of the Lions most productive linemen as a rookie, appeared in just three games this season because of a pair of injuries that nagged him all year.
