After winning just three games last season, the world knows the Detroit Lions needed some help this offseason.
According to ESPN writer Bill Barnwell, that help hasn't come yet.
Barnwell has rated all 32 teams' offseason acquisitions and drafts, as a way to gauge which teams really got better since the end of the season.
The bad news: the Lions are ranked 29th on this list.
