Bob Quinn had the future in mind when he sent Golden Tate to the Philadelphia Eagles at the October trade deadline, and now the future is coming more into focus.

The Eagles had the worst regular-season record of the four teams that lost in the divisional round of the playoffs last weekend, which means they’ll have the 25th pick in each round of the draft.

The Lions received Philadelphia’s third-round pick in exchange for Tate, which is set now as the 89th pick overall.
