Detroit Lions' Frank Ragnow practices at center on Day 1 OTAs

Lions DL Da'Shawn Hand has been cooking since he was a youngster, and made and sold burgers at Alabama for a bit. Filmed at Ford Field, May 15, 2019.

Frank Ragnow could be headed for a position change.

Ragnow, the Detroit Lions' first-round pick last spring, practiced at center Monday on Day 1 of Lions' organized team activities.

As a rookie, Ragnow played 1,074 of a possible 1,075 offensive snaps, and played all but one of those at left guard.

The Lions return Graham Glasgow at center, but Glasgow, like Ragnow, has the versatility to play all three spots on the interior offensive line.
