Detroit Lions coach Matt Patricia said defensive linemen Da'Shawn Hand and Austin Bryant are "day-to-day" after leaving Sunday's practice with upper-body injuries.
Hand suffered what appeared to be a left arm injury on the first play of the first period of practice Sunday. Trainers examined his bicep/elbow area he left practice, and the second-year defensive tackle did not return.
Bryant, who played through a torn right pectoral muscle at Clemson last season, went down a few periods later with a right arm/upper-body injury.
"Shawn and Austin got dinged up in practice and we're kind of evaluating them," Patricia said before practice Tuesday.
