Detroit Lions' Desmond Trufant out vs. Cardinals means Jeff Okudah vs. DeAndre Hopkins

Jeff Okudah will make another start at cornerback Sunday for the Detroit Lions — and draw another one of the NFL’s best receivers for his matchup.

Trufant left the Lions‘ season-opening loss to the Chicago Bears with a hamstring injury and missed last week’s loss to the Green Bay Packers.
