Matt Patricia said two weeks ago he wouldn't be taking over play-calling duties for his struggling Detroit Lions defense.
On Monday, Patricia allowed that he has taken on a bigger play-calling role — at times — this year.
"My role, really, on game day it differs game by game," Patricia said.
