Matthew Stafford and the Lions, who drafted the QB No. 1 overall in 2009, have agreed to part ways, according to multiple reports. Stafford, 32, still has two years left on his contract so Detroit is exploring trade options.

Stafford's career with the Lions has been marked by heroic comeback efforts, record-setting performances and, of course, losses (74-90-1 in the regular season, 0-3 in the postseason).
