Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell announced on Tuesday morning that edge defender Austin Bryant has been removed from the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list and will be active for practice immediately.
Bryant, the Lions’ fourth-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, has missed a lot of playing time throughout his young career. He’s played in just 10 total games through two seasons, with just a single NFL start to his name.
Campbell noted that they are going to take it slow with Bryant, who has been running near full-speed at training camp practices over the past couple days.
