Damon Harrison was done with football, but football wasn’t done with him.
Harrison, the All-Pro defensive tackle whom the Detroit Lions acquired in a trade with the New York Giants last month, decided to walk away from the game 11 years ago when he was cut from the team at Northwest Mississippi Community College.
