ALLEN PARK -- The Detroit Lions have a chance to get healthy over this week's bye.
And it has started in a bit of a surprising place.
Detroit activated receiver Corey Fuller to the 53-man roster Tuesday, and released tight end Khari Lee in the corresponding move. Fuller had been on the physically unable to perform list while recovering from a foot injury he suffered over the summer.
Fuller returned to practice Oct. 20, and Detroit had until this week to make a call on whether to bring back. The club opted to bring him back, which is a bit of a surprise given its season-long preference to roll with four receivers.
