Altitude’s Chris Dempsey is reporting that the Denver Nuggets will sign point guard Brandon Goodwin to a two-way contract. The Nuggets roster is currently full, but according to Dempsey the team is expected to release DeVaughn Akoon-Purcell to make room.

Akoon-Purcell has already spent significant time with the Nuggets this season due to the crowded injury report, and he’s quickly approaching the 45-day limit for a player on a two-way contract.
