Paul Millsap is a veteran star who has a great attitude. One never hears of him getting into trouble off the court and is a solid anchor both offensively and defensively.
His personality will fit in the Mile High perfectly. Due to this, Millsap will have problem relinquishing control as the first option and will be more than willing to let Nikola Jokic be the offensive leader.
This is not to say Millsap will not be a leader on the Nuggets, he certainly will be, but Millsap is smart enough to know Jokic needs to continue to grow and progress as a player.
