Denver’s turbulent restart may be rocky for a few more days.
Nuggets coach Michael Malone said early Sunday his three injured starters were “very, very questionable” for Monday’s game against Oklahoma City, but the injury report filed later in the day offered clarity. Gary Harris (hip) and Will Barton (knee) are both out due to injury, and Jamal Murray (hamstring) is questionable to go Monday.
The Nuggets will have to rely, once again, on their depth to compete. All three missed Saturday’s opening loss to Miami, and Malone made it sound like there was only a slight chance one of them could play against OKC.
