Nuggets forward Spencer Jones isn’t on the injury report ahead of Saturday’s game against Indiana in Mexico City, tweets Vinny Benedetto of The Denver Gazette, which means the former Stanford Cardinal is set to make his season debut.
Jones and the team had been targeting Saturday for his 2026/27 debut throughout this week, a source tells Bennett Durando of The Denver Post (Twitter link).
After playing a modest role as a rookie, Jones emerged as an important rotation player for the Nuggets last season amid a wave of injuries at forward. He was converted from a two-way to a standard contract in February after he reached his active-game limit, and then signed a two-year, $11.
