That, clearly, is music to the ears of fans who have made Wednesday night’s Nuggets game against the Cleveland Cavaliers a sellout. But if James or any of the other Cavs star players didn’t play due to rest, that would be quite alright with Nuggets coach Michael Malone.
“If they wanted to sit a couple guys out tonight, I don’t think we’d really care,” Malone said, smiling.
No such luck. The Nuggets’ task of getting back into the win column after consecutive losses comes against a full-strength Cleveland team that is also well-rested. The Cavaliers have not played a game since Sunday.
