This holiday season, the Nuggets took a break from the court to remind us what the Season of Giving is all about.
Nuggets players Randy Foye, Jameer Nelson, Jusuf Nurkic and JJ Hickson spent the evening at the Denver Zoo entertaining guests from the Denver Children’s Home.
"Denver Children's Home has a long standing history of working with Colorado's most vulnerable children and families: those that struggle with the effects of poverty, abuse, neglect, exposure to violence and suffer from chronic mental health problems and learning disabilities related to these experiences."

The Nuggets spent one-on-one time with the children learning about exotic animals, sipping on hot chocolate, and touring the festively lit zoo enclosures.
