On Friday, head coach Michael Malone spoke candidly about how well Beasley has played in camp so far and what it might take for him to crack the rotation. The next step is slowing things down and staying consistent.
On Saturday, Malik himself spoke on his approach to what’s been described as a successful camp for the 21 year-old. “I think I’ve been playing pretty well, just staying calm, not rushing—slowing down is my main thing this training camp,” Beasley told the Denver Stiffs.
