When Nuggets fans said they could die happy now, they didn’t mean Tuesday.
“It’s nice (out here),” Danny Martinez, a Nuggs lifer, told me around 12:15 a.m. as we stood at the corner of 20th and Market. Martinez brought along loved ones and a giant blue-and-gold flag to a party 47 years in the making.
