LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. – Reality can get distorted inside the NBA bubble.
Jamal Murray can set records, the Nuggets can make NBA history, and yet it’s fair to wonder how real it all is.
Former Nuggets wing turned ESPN analyst Richard Jefferson meant no disrespect to Murray when he explained his perspective.
“You wonder how much of the bubble has an effect on all players, all teams,” Jefferson told The Denver Post, while sitting next to the pickle-ball court, which has become the second most sacred court inside the bubble.
“You see (Miami’s) Tyler Herro, you see Duncan Robinson, you see a lot of young players playing high-level basketball.
