The Denver Nuggets began their season with a hard-nosed victory on the road against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Despite having a rough night offensively, they played great defense and created enough situational offense to get the win.
It’s not an ideal Nuggets’ victory, but a victory none the less and Denver will take those whenever they can get them. Last year, this is a game that the team would have most likely lost when adversity hit in the waning minutes of the fourth quarter.
The good thing is they managed to claw their way to the first win of the season and show some resilience, which forebodes an exciting NBA season for these young and intriguing Denver Nuggets coached by Michael Malone.
