After an impressive 107-106 victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday, the Denver Nuggets are 11-7 on the road this season following their longest road trip of the season.
Denver just wrapped up a five-game road trip and now returns home for a three-game homestand over the next week.
At 11-7, the Nuggets have won 61 percent of their road games, which if continued throughout the 2019-20 season would mark the team’s best road winning percentage in the franchise’s NBA history.
While Denver possesses one of the best home court advantages in the league, being able to win on the road is a key indicator of a playoff-contending team and one that can carry its game from city to city.
