Broncos coach Vic Fangio’s decision about who will start at quarterback Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers: No decision… yet.
At his news conference Wednesday, Fangio said no call has been made about who starts between Brandon Allen or Drew Lock. Allen has started the last three games with a 1-2 record, while Lock isn’t even on the active roster yet.
“We’re going to up Drew’s reps this week extensively in practice, see how he does with this, and then make a decision prior to the game,” Fangio said. “The earliest (the decision) would be made would be later in the week, right up until the game.
