Over the last month, there’s been ample discussion of a new Denver Broncos stadium.
The current lease on Empower Field at Mile High expires after the 2030 season, and the franchise has repeatedly said that all options are on the table.
As Broncos president Demani Leech said in a February interview, “... we feel pretty soon we need to figure out what we’re doing.”
Specifically, the focus of coverage has been on the Burnham Yard area, which could be redeveloped into the latest state-of-the-art stadium in the NFL, not to mention a city within a city for restaurants and entertainment as a multi-use neighborhood.
