Report: Broncos expected sign DL Timmy Jernigan

With injuries piling up, the Denver Broncos are starting to look outside the organization to fill the holes in the roster. They lost Jurrell Casey for the year to a torn bicep, so when the Jacksonville Jaguars released defensive lineman Timmy Jernigan this week they pounced.

Broncos are signing veteran DL Timmy Jernigan per source. Played 3 games for Jax this year, recently released so he should be ready to go. #9sports

Jernigan is a former second-round pick from the 2014 NFL Draft who signed with the Jaguars this year.
