Steve Atwater joined Ryan Edwards and Benjamin Allbright on Broncos Country Tonight Tuesday and discussed the role they expect former Iowa Hawkeyes’ cornerback Michael Ojemudia to play this season.
Although there were some rumors that he could play safety, according to Allbright, Atwater sees no reason that Ojemudia won’t be coming in to compete at corner.
“I think he’s going to be playing the cornerback position, so I don’t see them moving him right away,” Atwater said, adding that that may change if Justin Simmons or Kareem Jackson goes down with an injury “or [Ojemudia] has trouble executing the playbook or something like that.
