Well, as Super Bowls go, Super Bowl LIII was... one of them. A couple weeks ago, I took the easy road and declared that Broncos fans should root for the Rams because there were so many former Broncos appearing on their Super Bowl roster. Also, come on... It’s the Rams over the Patriots. Talk about a no-brainer Horse Tracks topic.
So how did these former Broncos do?
Of all them, I had the highest expectations of Aqib Talib. He turned in 4 tackles, and was part of a stifling Rams offense that kept the Patriots under wraps until the 4th quarter.
