New Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson scores record purchase of $25 million mansion in Cherry Hills Village

New Denver Broncos’ quarterback Russell Wilson made a record purchase in buying a $25 million mansion in Cherry Hills Village earlier this month.

The acquisition of the four-bed, 12-bathroom home at 10 Cherry Hills Park Drive in Englewood counts as the most put down for a residential property in the Denver metropolitan area.

After being traded from the Seattle Seahawks on March 16, Wilson and his singer-songwriter wife, Ciara, listed their Bellevue, Wash., mansion on Tuesday for $36 million. Although the house has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, they’ll be upgrading in size in Colorado — from 11,104 square feet to 20,060 square feet.
