Chris Lynch loved the room. And hated the space.
Wearing a giant teddy bear costume — “It’s from the movie, ‘Ted,’” Chris explained — he and his pals from Vail braved a 36-degree wind chill in the upper deck at Empower Field while the Broncos and Washington were locked in a 10-10 pillow fight down below.
“My gut reaction is, change needs to be made,” Lynch sighed as he surveyed the empty seats to his left, then his right.
“And we need to bring in someone of the likes of Aaron Rodgers and do what we did with Peyton Manning.
