Kareem Jackson named AFC Defensive Player of the Week

The Denver Broncos exploded in all three phases in a dominating 38-24 road win over the Houston Texans in Week 14. On defense, it was former Texan Kareem Jackson who spearheaded the way totaling 11 tackles, a 70-yard fumble return for a touchdown and an interception.

He was just the third player in NFL history to total over ten tackles, a fumble return for a touchdown, and an interception in a game joining Fred Weary (New Orleans, 1999) and Brian Urlacher (Chicago, 2011) as the only other players to do so.

His performance earned him an AFC Defensive Player of the Week award for Week 14.
