The attorney for John Bowlen, the 29-year-old son of Broncos owner Pat Bowlen, asked for more time to review Bowlen's domestic violence case at a Friday morning pretrial conference in Arapahoe County District Court.
Bowlen, dressed in a suit and tie and accompanied by attorney Harvey Steinberg, appeared before Judge Darren Vahle.
Steinberg requested 10 days to continue evaluating the case. Bowlen and his attorney are scheduled to appear in court again at 9:30 a.m. on August 24.
Bowlen was arrested in June after he allegedly pushed his girlfriend against a bathroom wall in Glendale.
