The Denver Broncos named Andy Janovich, Courtland Sutton, and Todd Davis the team captains for this game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. They lost the opening coin toss, though, and the Jaguars deferred to the second half.
Joe Flacco and the offense began their first drive from their own 22-yard line. Flacco rolled out to his left and hit Emmanuel Sanders on a crossing route to the 35-yard line on first down.
After a short run by Phillip Lindsay and a quick out to Courtland Sutton, the Broncos were faced with a third and four.
