Former Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas is thankful he didn’t die from a high-speed crash in Denver in February.
“Just having another opportunity,” Thomas told TMZ Sports on Saturday in Atlanta. “I could’ve been gone, but I still get another opportunity. I wake up every morning and thank the lord above and just thank him for … being able to do what I do. Being able to talk, walk, eat — all those things we forget about on a daily basis. It was a tough time, I’m still going through stuff.
