After the 2018 season came to a close for the Denver Broncos, the team fired head coach Vance Joseph. They also gave other members of the coaching staff permission to seek a job somewhere else. One of those coaches, offensive line coach Sean Kugler, took that opportunity and left the Broncos for the Arizona Cardinals.
Kugler was tasked to coach the guards and centers, while Chris Strausser is in charge of coaching the tackles.
The Broncos have had offensive line problems for a number of years, particularly at the guard position. They have had guys such as Elijah Wilkinson and Billy Turner play in those spots last season.
