Denver Broncos: Recalling the career of Bobby Humphrey

The landscape of the NFL offseason is beginning to look much different than hardcore fans are accustomed to. Not only is there a chance that the entire preseason schedule will be scrapped, but the league has also done away with this year's supplemental draft.

It's rare for a team to ever select a player in the supplemental draft process, but it is a way for teams to acquire players that would otherwise not be eligible. But it does require teams to give up a draft pick in order to obtain that player.

The Denver Broncos have used a supplemental draft pick just one time, all the way back in 1989.
