There was a great quote from Ed Helms’ character Andy Bernard from the hit TV show The Office as the series came to a close where he said, “I wish there was a way to know you’re in the good old days before you’ve actually left them.”
If you’re a big fan of the show, it was at that line that the tears started to flow, and it’s precisely the reason I write this piece today. The Denver Broncos are in the ‘good old days’ at least for this generation. The last generation watched the team win two Super Bowls in a row as John Elway rode off into the sunset.
