Assault charges have been dismissed against former Denver Broncos linebacker Andra Davis following a December fracas in which he was charged with assault against a high school girls basketball coach.

Davis, 40, faced charges after allegedly attacking John Koslosky, an assistant Regis Jesuit High School coach and girls athletic director, after a Dec. 12 basketball game between Regis Jesuit and Grandview High School.

Davis’s daughter, Alisha, a forward for Grandview, was ejected after punching a Regis player.
