ENGLEWOOD, Co. – The Denver Broncos have signed nine players to reserve-future contracts and waived wide receiver Jace Davis, the club announced on Wednesday afternoon.
Highlighted by Peyton Manning’s favorite practice-squader, Jordan “Sunshine” Taylor and Ryan Murphy, who made not-so-good headlines during Super Bowl week, others who signed include Nick Kasa, Kapri Bibbs, Zaire Anderson, Dillon Day, Cameron Jefferson, Kyle Roberts and George Uko.
Davis is waived just weeks after receiving a DUI, as first reported here at BSN Denver.
While these contracts don’t go into effect until the beginning of the league year, they prevent any other team from signing them for the time being.
