After a successful college career at Indiana and Purdue, cornerback Reese Taylor went undrafted during the 2023 NFL Draft. However, he would quickly sign with the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent and join their roster. He stayed on the roster throughout the offseason, training camp, and the preseason, but would be among the Chiefs' cuts during their final cuts. Taylor would clear waivers and sign on to the Chiefs' practice squad the following day. Unfortunately for Taylor, the Chiefs would release him from their practice squad a day later, and he would remain unsigned until November, when he would sign on to the Broncos' practice squad.
