DENVER -- Kindergartners throughout Colorado have unwrapped their presents each holiday season to find the latest Broncos playoff gear waiting inside. From onesies to T-shirts, year after year in the five seasons before this one the Broncos’ postseason seeding has always the topic of the holiday season.
But after Sunday’s 16-3 loss to the New England Patriots, the Broncos have likely used up any and all margin for error. They are 8-6 with games against the Kansas City Chiefs and Oakland Raiders remaining on the schedule.
Win both of those as well and get a little help and their playoff prayers could be answered.
